All the online classes will help you bring yourself back to your body. Using our breath as a guide at the start & throughout each class, you will explore your strength & flexibility. Each class will encourage the building of your core, back & overall body strength. Your flexibility is also improved, as the exercises help to alleviate tightness & promote ease of overall body movement. Each class you will be taught how to move your body optimally. Every class finishes with some well-deserved relaxation, where the body rests & integrates all the information you fed it during the class. You should feel taller, more centred, grounded & relaxed after each class.
