I have been attending Sinead’s classes twice a week for almost four years and find it hugely beneficial. Sinead guides the class with clear & easy to follow instructions but also pays attention to each individual. The class content varies all the time – never boring! A great physical workout where you are encouraged, challenged and motivated. The hour is also a great way to calm and declutter the mind. All achieved in a relaxed atmosphere (cool beats & cosy lighting!) and friendly environment.

Love Pilates! Don’t know how I survived without it (and it was never something I wanted to do!) I just did it because my knee was really hurting for the previous 18 months at Camogie (the knee was hurting because of a mechanic hip problem). Now the knee is 95% gone and I think it’s because of pilates and I can’t tell you how grateful I am.
