About Sinéad

Sinéad is a fully qualified instructor in Pilates. She has a background in dance, having formally trained in Ballet. She is passionate about Pilates and the benefits it can provide for both mind and body. Always a student herself, she has had the privilege to study under some of the great international Pilates teachers, such as Madeline Black & Michael King. Sinéad instructs the modified approach to the Pilates technique. This approach adapts the Pilates movements, allowing you to work within your own body’s limits while building on your strength and flexibility.

One-to-one classes

One-to- one sessions are available for those who would like individual attention, have an
injury they need rehabilitative assistance with or goals requiring more frequent sessions.


I have been attending Sinead’s classes twice a week for almost four years and find it hugely beneficial. Sinead guides the class with clear & easy to follow instructions but also pays attention to each individual. The class content varies all the time – never boring! A great physical workout where you are encouraged, challenged and motivated. The hour is also a great way to calm and declutter the mind. All achieved in a relaxed atmosphere (cool beats & cosy lighting!) and friendly environment.
