A Big Welcome
Delighted you are joining the Livestream Pilates Classes! If it’s your first time trying them out, rest assured; with a little time to get yourself set-up up right, you will have the perfect environment to practice your Pilates in the comfort & safety of your own home. Here are some tips for your set up & to make the most out of your classes….
Set Up Tips

Make sure you have internet connection i.e. WIFI or even good 4G should work fine.

Use a Laptop (prefareable), phone or iPAD. Any device with a camera.

Use a Pilates Mat. If you only have a yoga mat that is fine, just pad it up with a folded blanket, so that your spine is cushioned when doing rolling exercises.

On your email there will also be a Spotify link to a carefully curated music playlist created for your class. If you have another device e.g. use your phone to listen to the playlist during your session.

Maybe have some water to the side, a blanket for your relaxation, a few cushions maybe….or any home comforts to make your class a time to restore.

Set your device up to the side so the full length of your mat can be captured by the camera.

Have your video on.

I start the classes 15-20 mins prior to the class actually starting, so feel free to join in early & get yourself set up & then do what you need to do e.g. grab a cuppa etc..... the class will then start on time. Late attendance cannot be guaranteed.​

Joining the Class

Please attend the class on time to avoid disappointment.

You will receive an email from me 30 mins before the class commences, containing your Unique link, meeting ID and password to access the class. So please keep an eye on your inbox. If you do not receive your link, look into your junk mail or spam folder.

Zoom can be accessed from your desktop, phone or tablet. When you click your unique link to join the class you will be taken there directly. Both Apple & Android apps can for found in each respective app store. Alternatively, it can be accessed directly from your web browser. You do not need to register for a free Zoom account, though it might be handy.

Clicking on your unique link, simply input your meeting ID & password.
During the class

Once the class gets underway, I will mute everyone, this just allows the sound to be optimal for your class.

Like any regular Pilates class, listen to your body. Challenge yourself, but if you feel like you’re loosing form or experience any discomfort, stop or maybe modify your movement.

At the end of the class I will unmute everyone and have some time to ask questions or provide feedback.
