Service Description

This course is to empower you to improve your strength, mobility, balance and coordination. We will also be incorporating some weight bearing & resistance work to promote and maintain good bone health. A fun class that will give you a full body workout. The classes will be designed to be osteoporosis safe and the class size will be kept small. This class is designed for those with a reasonable base level fitness, otherwise a 1:1 private class is recommended. Once you are booked in I will be in touch x
