Service Description

This class will help you keep your body mobile & strong in a safe way during pregnancy. It is also a great class to gently rehabilitate your body after pregnancy & childbirth. We will gently expand areas of tightness, improve strength in areas of increased load and pay particular focus to our breath & pelvic floor. The class is suitable for all stages of pregnancy. That being said, I would only recommend this class to you if you are not experiencing any complications. If you are, I would recommend a 1:1 Pilates session first, to make sure that your needs are addressed. Before booking into and participating in this class please ensure you consult with your physician so that you are safe to do this exercise program. From a Post Natal perspective you will need to be 6weeks post partum after a vaginal delivery and upto 12 weeks post partum after a c-secion. However this is just a guide, everyone heals at a different rate, so please check with your doctor that it is safe for you to resume a movement practice. Shortly after you are booked in, I will send you a link to attend the online class. The day after the live class you will receive a recording of it.
