I have been attending Sinead’s classes twice a week for almost four years and find it hugely beneficial. Sinead guides the class with clear & easy to follow instructions but also pays attention to each individual. The class content varies all the time – never boring! A great physical workout where you are encouraged, challenged and motivated. The hour is also a great way to calm and declutter the mind. All achieved in a relaxed atmosphere (cool beats & cosy lighting!) and a friendly environment.
